Buckthorns sits at the clifftop edge of Overstrand, a quiet Norfolk village a short drive from Cromer. The kitchen, sitting room, master bedroom, and twin room all look directly out to sea — as does the glass veranda wrapping the front of the house.
Inside you'll find a generous open-plan living and dining room with a fire, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms — plus step-free access throughout for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility.

Second Bedroom
Two single beds, ideal for children or a pair of friends. Sea views, plenty of natural light, and direct access to the glass veranda — our much-loved Royal Box.
Third Bedroom
Double bed with peaceful garden views. Large wardrobe complete with travel cot, mattress, and IKEA highchair.
